The Performing Arts Center on the campus of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi was dedicated on April 10, 2005.  Immediately acknowledged as a beautiful hall, few at that time could imagine the important role that this concert hall would play in music making within the University’s department of music, as well as in the community.  To celebrate this incredible gift, the University invites you to attend a gala 5th Anniversary Rededication Concert on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 7:30, featuring renowned faculty musicians who have performed with among others, the Hong Kong, Boston, and Houston Symphonies, the Oregon Bach Festival, Boston Lyric Opera and our own Corpus Christi Symphony.  All proceeds will support music student scholarships.
